PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (STRICT LIABILITY)

1. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This software, including its source code, design, algorithms, and user interface (collectively, the "Software"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Rehan Sandhi (the "Licensor"). The Client/User is granted a limited right to use the Software, but ownership title remains with the Licensor. 

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Licensor grants the Licensee a NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to use this Software for a single domain/project only. 
   a) You generally cannot sell, rent, lease, or transfer this Software to another party.
   b) The Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license immediately if terms are violated.

3. STRICT PROHIBITIONS (ZERO TOLERANCE)
The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this agreement:
   a) MODIFYING CREDITS: Removing, hiding, or altering "Created by Rehan Sandhi" or any copyright notices in the footer or source code.
   b) UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION: Selling or distributing this source code to third parties without written permission.
   c) REVERSE ENGINEERING: Decompiling or attempting to derive the source code for use in other projects.

4. AUTOMATIC TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT
This license is automatically terminated if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software. The Licensor reserves the right to use technical measures (e.g., remote kill-switch) to disable the Software in case of license tampering or non-payment.

5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

6. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS OR DAMAGES.
